Massey Glass Co

I called Allstate to see about getting my windshield repaired. So they recommended Massey so I said ok. I've heard of them but has never used them before. It stated out with a small spot on the left side of my windshield and when the technician finished, I had another run of the opposite side that was about inch long. I called the glass company was told that unfortunately things happen and it’s a risk you take when trying to get a repair done. This is just bad business! She told me that I would have to pay to get my windshield replaced. Your guy did this! It’s worse now than when he came out to fix it. I recommended this company to a friend in Valdosta and they were scheduled to fix hers tomorrow and I told her what happened to mine and she is going to call and cancel. I DO NOT recommend M

This company is wonderful! Came to my house to repair my window at promised time, was a quick service, was surprised to see my window had the matching tint & that they vacuumed up the broken glass that I couldn’t get around to cleaning up myself! 10/10 recommend and will use this company again if needed! :)))))

First & foremost I want to thank Teresa for working so diligently to get the correct windshield & getting it replaced. Secondly, I want to thank the technician Luis for coming on time, explaining the process & what to look out for. He took his time to make sure everything was correct. He was so polite as well as his partner. I do recommend Massey Glass out of Tifton, Ga

Highly recommend! My daughter goes to school in Tifton. They were able to coordinate with her schedule to do the install and recalibration. She said everyone was super friendly and did a great job!
