Occasionally we have pieces of furniture that come into Good Deal Charlie Furniture with broken glass. For over 15 years, whether it's a mirror, glass shelf, or front glass for a cabinet, we rely on the folks at Massey's Glass for a replacement. They are the first folks we call, because they do the job right. The right kind of glass, cut to the exact dimensions we have specified. We appreciate their professionalism.

Worst experience I have ever had with a "professional". Unfortunately, I can not rate zero stars, even though they need a negative 5 stars. I needed the top half of my house window replaced due to the inside piece being shattered so I called these guys up since I have used them in the past. They came out and did a very "loose" measurement of my window before ordering and told me it would be about a week before it was in. Exactly a week and a half later it was in and they wanted to come out to replace right away. The actual manager came out to install. No precautionary measures were taken, nothing was put on the window to keep the broken glass from falling, and nothing was laid down on my carpet in case glass fell. If you're new to town and are looking for a place with good customer service, I would highly suggest you go somewhere else- THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I personally would never give my business to this place.
