I’ve been bringing all of my cars to Master Auto Repair for years, and they’ve always taken great care of me. Whether it’s a simple oil change, a tune-up, or other maintenance, I just drop the car off and let them handle everything. It’s very convenient because I know the job will be done right without me having to worry. Mr. Vu is an honest man and always calls to explain what needs to be done before any work starts. He takes the time to go over the details, so there are no surprises. He doesn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary services—just straightforward, honest recommendations based on what the car actually needs. The prices are also very reasonable and affordable, which is hard to find these days. You get quality work without feeling overcharged, and that’s why I keep coming back.

I’ve been going here for years and Vu is always respectful and honest. Thought I need my breaks done today, but he saved me a few hundred bucks and told me it can wait until my next oil change. While sitting there, he informed an elderly gentleman that his car didn’t need a tune up yet while congratulating him on still driving at age 94. Within 5 minutes, Vu could have earned an extra grand on unnecessary services from us. Instead, he lead with integrity. I appreciate that and will keep coming back here.

When I first moved to California, I drove my car across the country, and it always needed repairs so I got a good recommendation from a friend and after coming here, I know 100 percent that Mr. Vu does a great job and cares about his customers. Highly recommend.

We have been coming here for our car maintenance for years. We've had our share of bad experiences with auto shops but Master Auto is nothing like those shops. Vu is honest and reliable. He also charges fairly. We used to live in Ontario but we now live in Hemet and we still make the drive to Master Auto for our car services.
