Staff are friendly and knowledgable. I have gone here for a handful of issues with vehicles and they always gave a great price breakdown and explanation with a quick turn around. I got a new battery, break pads, had some transmission issues and everything was handled well with no issues afterward. Only thing I couldnt get done here was a welding job with my muffler, but they even gave me a rec on where to go since they couldnt handle it

I have gone to 5 Mechanics over a 24 year period before finding Master Auto Repair of Webster Groves and now I won’t go anywhere else. They give transparent and practical advice and always do a great job. Their main concern is fixing their customer’s vehicles not padding their repair costs. They are friendly, treat you like family, have the option for loaner vehicles and always let you know what needs to be repaired or watched out for in the future. I will never go to another mechanic as long as I can!

The team at Master Auto Repair is fantastic! I've loved the convenience of the loaner cars when I'm having scheduled maintenance done for the past decade. I also rely on their expert advice regarding necessary repairs and have never felt over-sold or pressured into anything. Most recently they inspected a couple of vehicles we're looking at purchasing for my daughter. They made me feel so much more comfortable with the process and saved me from buying a lemon.
