I love going to these guys! Their customer service is always top notch!! My car had an issue with shifting into gear so I brought it in for a check up. They ran the ODB codes, checked my electrical system (battery/alternator/starter) but could not find anything weong. They gave me a great deal on the man hours too! 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend them to friends or family!

My car was having problems and the engine light was on. The technicians kept at it until they finally found an unusual problem that was causing my air intake to fail. It would have been an expensive repair but they came up with an alternative that works better than the original and didn’t cost me anything extra but they saved me nearly $400 dollars!

I have trusted MasterTech with my vehicles for a long time, but my recent experience has ensured I will not return. I originally brought my car in for what ended up being a radiator replacement. Shortly after the repair, while driving to Ogden, the vehicle experienced overpressurized cooling lines and had to be towed back to their shop. Over the following month, the shop engaged in 'parts cannoning' replacing various components while repeatedly test-driving the vehicle through Sardine Canyon. Despite my continued trust and payments, the issue was never resolved. After seeking a second opinion, it was determined that the vehicle now requires extensive engine work. Good dudes doin good work. Best shop I can remember going to. I got a Ford and Ford hates us. The guys at Master Auto replaced my lug nuts with some I bought. Other shops wouldn't do that for me.
