Wolford Collision Repair

We had our Kia Sorrento in for repair. The friendly and knowledgeable staff almost made me glad my car got damaged. Service was top notch and the staff went above and beyond explaining the process when we had questions

They are the very best in box elder county. They fix the repairs and warranty it for as long as you own your vehicle. They match the paint perfectly. And they use the right parts. If I ever need to get a car fixed, I'm taking it to wolford. I know that they will fix it right. And they will use the right parts for the car.

Overall the car looks good let's start there. The paint is good, and as far as I can see the repair is good. I didn't like how long it took for the repair. It was 2 months to get my car fixed. They had the wrong bumper and wheel delivered. Then when I was supposed to get the car back the fuel door which was inside the damage area did not work. I then had to wait over the weekend to get a spring changed. I did feel like there should have been an im sorry or something but I never got that. I wouldn't go back due to the amount of times my due date was pushed back and the errors on parts, and my fuel door not working after that long of a wait. No one was rude or anything just not my collision place for next time.

They did a fantastic job on my car. I am very happy with my service! They also fixed my car in a reasonable time and kept me updated throughout the entire process! Highly recommend!!!

Roy did an absolute fabulous job. I had a few little dings cause life happens in a Jeep. He touched those up beautifully and then put a clear bra on the grill, hood, fender flairs, door hinges, etc you have to really be looking to see the actual clear bra product and his attention to detail was bar none the best I have ever encountered. I will always take my vehicles to Wolford Collision Repair they are the best from the guys doing the job to the office staff. Just great to work with. It was a pleasure!!!!
