Master Muffler & Brake

I had an issue with my front exhaust last week and scheduled an appt at my dealer ship they then referred me to this shop and I called that morning. The man who answered said for me to come down later that afternoon and I did. Didn’t wait long and one of their mechanics took a look under my rav Arthur explained and showed me the issue also offered to fix same day right then and there. I was beyond happy with this service and everyone was super nice and the cost was so reasonable! I will be back in the future if an issues pops up. Thank you everyone there! Been here a few times now. First time I got a quote from Midas and then came to master muffler and it was almost 1,000$less and I could pick my car up the same day. Also gave me a free oil change. My most recent visit was fantastic. Both my headlights went out in a span of 36 hours typically I would do them myself but it takes me 3-4 hours of watching YouTube videos and then rewatching YouTube video to figure out how to gain access to the bulbs. I honestly didn’t have the time and brought it to master muffler. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they only charged me 40$. I brought the bulbs with me. I had to have my brakes done and they were able to take me in same day on a Saturday morning. The technician I had showed me the wear I had on my brakes and rotors, as well as my front tires. Pretty reasonable price for the service done. I was in and out in a little over an hour. I'll be coming back for any service I might need in the future!

Excellent service, both times we had an issue got a call back quickly. When our EVAP issue wasn't fully resolved after the first fix they found the second problem quickly and did not recommend the most expensive route, will be going back for future maintenance

Stopped in with my Sprinter van at 10am. Had a couple holes in the muffler, had me in and out with a new stainless pipe same day. Great service, friendly and priced fair. Thank you.
