Reign Car Wash

2nd bad experience here with car not being clean after going through. First time they sent me through again but today they just wanted to wipe it down with a rag saying nothing would help. Our car is brand new. Bad customer service! Never going back. He said buying the package so I could go through more. Don’t sell me something fix the issue now

I bought a brand new car 2 months ago and became a member at reign soon after. Reign is the only car wash I have used. I just got home from a wash at reign and my car is absolutely covered in scratches. I am extremely upset about this. Safe to say I’ll be canceling my membership as well as warning others not to go here, unless you want to pay $40 a month to get your brand new car covered in scratches.

Prices are very reasonable. I had a membership, the price was e extremely reasonable. Unfortunately I don't travel enough to warrant daily/weekly car washes. So it's just cheaper for me to jump in the line and pay as I go.. the membership does have the benefits of not waiting in line and just punching your phone number and getting in cue. Car always comes out clean and the vacuums are very powerful.

Cool looking place but that’s about it. It’s a car wash and it either cleans your car or dose not. Well this one didn’t. The top of my jeep was still dirty. Back window was still dirty. Ended up taking home and cleaning myself. I corresponded with the company three times, sent pictures and wasn’t even offered a refund or a repeat wash. I was told “ The attendant made their best effort, but we could have done a bit better. I will take this back and coach the team.” I gave them three chances over email to respond with some sort of compensation before writing this review. I feel this is fair. I’m glad my $26 car wash was used as a coaching session. Soon after the post I got a free car wash. What’s right is right…..thank you.

Super friendly and super clean, nice new car wash... I'm not sure how new it is but everything inside looks like it's brand new. I have a very old car and it came out looking nice and shiny. I got the free Elite car wash. It was definitely a great wash and I will be back. I did not try the car Vacuum cleaners but they look like they will be great every one of them was full with people. I would have used it but I could not wait today. Next time definitely!!! I would suggest everybody at least try it. I noticed that offered a single price in a monthly plan. GREAT DAY 😁
