Mastercraft collision center

I have used Mastercraft several times over the years, most recently to inspect front end and replace the front grill after hitting a bear. The work is always very good! The prices are reasonable. The owner, Alan, is always on site, honest, knowledgable, polite and attentive. My car was finished earlier than Alan estimated. You may have to wait for an appointment, but it is worth it for peace of mind and a quality job.

Honestly not an inflated 5-star review. These guys are the real deal. Alan and his team did an incredible job, communicated well, and did exactly what they said what they would do when they would do it. SF is blessed to have this business.

I don't usually write reviews, but the exceptional service I received at Mastercraft Collision deserves recognition. From start to finish, the team was professional, polite and incredibly skilled. The repair work done to my vehicle was flawless. Alan and his team care about their work and their customers and it shows. It's rare to find this level of craftmanship and customer service these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality service.

MasterCraft in Santa Fe on Ruffina know their stuff! AND they are so kind. I stopped in to get an appointment to fix the front panel on my Honda after I had accidentally driven into a hole :((( Alan Gomez looked at it and with some jiggering and his know-how, fixed it right there in the parking lot while he was waiting for another appointment. He refused to charge me even though he used some of his own clamps and his time. I was amazed and so pleased!!! It meant a lot -- my car was not ragged anymore. Such good people here. Thank you MasterCraft!!!

Alan and his team did an AMAZING job fixing my 2007 Toyota Avalon after it was sideswiped in April. They worked with the insurance to get me not 1 but 2 new doors and I’m pleased to say the side that was hit looks better than the undamaged side of the car❣️
