I understand that the weather is hot and it’s busy. But at the end of the day I am a paying customer. One of the workers is extremely rude and made inappropriate comments. I understand that I have a new year model and they don’t have enough stock for parts. But I orders the parts and brought them to change the parts out. They couldn’t help to keep to themselves their complaints and there snarky comments. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. There were other employees that were very nice and respectful. I give them thanks. As a business that offers service and we are the paying customer, we shouldn’t have to feel like we are an inconvenience to you. You should pay more attention to your job to ensure you don’t mess up the vehicle instead of complaining and making unnecessary comments.

From the moment we arrived until we left, a mere 15 minutes later, everyone was do helpful and friendly. We needed an oil change on our rental car. When we arrived, the guys tried to see of our rental car company so we wouldn't have to pay. I appreciated them checking. The service was phenomenal!

Took my car in for an oil change last week; what a great experience. The people were great, the work was done in a very timely manner and the price was very competitive. The employees actually seemed to enjoy their jobs too. I highly recommend this excellent business!
