Mighty Wash #23

I am not satisfied at all! I spent $30 on my car wash to get a roller to dry my car? Are you kidding me! My car looks horrible and I take pride in it.the roller only got the hood and my windshield…. What about the sides????? Bring back our guys who hand dry! This is ridiculous! Not happy with might wash at all. I will not be back unless they get the guys back to hand dry. They were always so nice and my kids looked forward to seeing them!

This car wash used to be convenient and user friendly, but unfortunately they “upgraded” their system and replaced the personnel with a big drying system full of rags. I spoke with Robby and he stated they are working out the concerns that have been brought to their attention, but this is just a shortcut resulting in poor quality service. They should bring back the personnel who would dry the vehicle by hand. If this is the new system, might as well go wash it yourself at this rate. Staff is friendly nevertheless, so good job on their behalf!

I agree the so called 'new dryer system"package from a previous post. The dryer only do the top of the truck. It's obvious the care more about their bottom line the quality.. Bring back the 2 guys you fired. Sadly disappointed. The also gave me a package for month for 15.00... just checked my bank. Now it's recurring charge of 36.00 highly disappointed....

The best car wash in town is on C-hill! The customer service is top notch. I love the monthly subscription. Saves so much money & time. Highly recommend this carwash to anyone!

Robbie was fantastic! Great welcoming experience and super friendly! I had Mr. Car wash up In Albuquerque, New Mexico and was sad to see Carlsbad did not have this service. But Mighty wash is now my monthly pass to a nice and clean car! Thank you Robbie for the great service and I love the music you guys played!!
