I stumbled into Masters Auto Body in a panic after my water pump completely failed and drained all my coolant out while I was still driving. I met one of the employees in the front, I believe his name was Chris, and he went out of his way to help me out. The team offered to tow my car for a reasonable price to a repair shop in the area and the driver, Earl I believe, offered me a ride home. Although I have no experience with their auto body services, these people are extremely friendly and I cannot thank them enough.

Masters did a great job replacing my car's bumper cover. Paint match and fit and finish were top notch. Though not too extensive of damage, I went with them after they gave me a thorough estimate vs a quick "we'll see what happens when we take it apart" quote other shops gave me.

I dropped by for a minor repair. Despite my not having an appointment and their being short-staffed that day, a Masters employee evaluated my problem quickly. He was also showed a lot of integrity and honesty in letting me know that the damage was not a safety issue and so didn't necessarily need to be repaired. And he didn't even charge me for the assessment.

Impeccable quality and outstanding customer service! My vehicle looks the way it did when I first drove it off the lot brand new. Unbelievable! Chris and the rest of the team at Masters provided amazing customer service, letting me know every detail and expected time frame along the way. It is so refreshing to deal with people who have high integrity and attention to detail during a time when customer service is lacking.

Needed to do a paint restore for the right rear quarter panel. Rubbed the garage door. The car came back like new two days after dropping it off. Right on the estimate. They provide a lifetime guarantee. Beautiful work; timely; and right on the estimate.
