They came on Xmas to help me with my passenger window it was quick clean and to the point very affordable. These guys are the best in the city. And the glass is brand new. Shout out to Axel he stood on 10 with his word. And he didn't overcharge because it was xmas. Overall service rate 5 star General.

Great customer service from the first time we spoke over the phone. He sent a text with an estimate and the ability to complete the job immediately. It took me a half hour to get there and everything was completed within the hour. I didn’t need to step out the car. Staff was professional, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this place. Took only 40 mins. Cleaning the glass was the longest part. Brand new window for a Mercedes GLA. The guys were respectful and nothing felt shady about it. I had called everyone from Westchester down to Hunts point and the rest of the Bronx. These clowns wanted $400+ just for the back vent window. God bless these guys.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Axel and Alexander were absolutely amazing. Axel helped to answer all of my questions prior to, and day of the services rendered. Axel and his team were professionals from the minute they began working on my vehicle. Afterwards, they made sure to explain to me what the next couple of days would be, but I truly couldn't be more thankful for their level of service and customer care. Please don't waste your time going to safelite, this is your go-to place.

I went in for a Tesla Model 3 windshield replacement and was NOT disappointed. These hard working men were not only patient but extremely professional in every aspect and I couldn’t happier with the results.
