I had such a wonderful experience with Preferred Auto Spa. I purchased a used car that was delivered to me dirty and full of pet hair as well as old food and dirt under the seats. I cleaned as much as I could myself but I couldn't get most of the nastiness under the seats or the pet hair (complete with faint animal smell) out. I brought my car to this wonderful place for a simple rug shampoo and pet hair removal. When I tell you, my car literally looks brand new and smells great; it literally looks brand new inside and out and smells absolutely delicious inside. They even provided me with a complementary car wash. Before going to them, I was going to throw out my mats and buy some new ones. Now, I don't have to! Amazing work done on my vehicle! We bought a used van that smelled heavily of smoke. Preferred auto spa took care of the interior and the smell of smoke is completely gone! All of the upholstery looks brand new. Amazing job!!

Wonderful place to take your vehicle. I recently drove up from FL and the long trip took a toll on my car. The lovely people at this location got her right back to looking new. BLACK OWNED BUSINESS!!! Professional from start to finish. They make you feel at home while your car gets beautified and they take their time as if your car is their own.
