I had an excellent experience at Matlock Tire. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the service was outstanding. I brought in new rims for my 2019 Toyota 4Runner and they mounted and balanced everything for me. The team took the time to explain the process. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. It’s clear they care about doing quality work and making customers feel comfortable. My 4Runner looks great and drives perfectly. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Matlock Tire to anyone looking for honest, professional auto service.

My wife and I hit a huge pot hole on I-75. It broke a belt in the sidewall of the passenger front tire. The state said to get an estimate of any damage and submit a claim. My father used to have a repair shop and I know my way around a car especially the tires. However, I had no way to get under this car as it sits really low to the ground. The company I work for uses Matlock for all of our tires and alignments on our service fleet. So, I knew I could trust them. I left the car while I went to work. They did an inspection of underneath the car, the suspension, and the wheels to make sure we didn’t damage anything else. Thank you Matlocks of Knoxville on Kingston Pike. I woke up to a flat tire and once my husband got the tire filled he ran it over to Matlocks. They found an issue with that tire and my other 3 had wear on the sidewalls… Mike was able to put a spare on so I could have it to get back to him from work when I was done and then he had all 4 tires replaced when I got off work and brought the car in… within an hour! Everyone was friendly and they made sure all the customers were comfortable while waiting offering water and just really nice atmosphere. Best of all my tires are better then ever.. little to no road noise and a much smoother ride. Impressed and happy! Thank you

Fabulous & reliable service! I will be returning to this location & recommending it to all of my local friends and family. Travis was extremely helpful and thorough in helping me understand the issues with my tire/wheel. I even was brought back to the bay twice to see the issues on my tire/wheel, which was shown to me by Travis and a service member. They gave me a wonderful contact to get my wheel welded instead of having to buy a brand new one, which was out of my price range. Extremely pleased with my experience.

I recently purchased tires from Matlock. I had a great experience. The customer service was 5 stars. I recently returned to have my tires rotated and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I recommend to anyone shopping for tires!
