Just sharing my experience. I was told the eccentric bolts on my lower control arms were seized, but was assured he could still set the toe properly and that my steering wheel would be straight. I paid full price for a four-wheel alignment (even though only the front can be adjusted on my truck). Afterward, the truck pulled harder to the right and the steering wheel was left off-center — an issue I did not have before. I went back the same day, and his machine already showed the toe was out again. He mentioned he had never had a comeback before. He reset the toe and sent me on my way, but the pull continued and the wheel was still off-center, which he was made aware of. We recently had an amazing experience at Matrix Auto Works and I wanted to share my positive review. While on our way to Tennessee, we encountered a tire emergency. We had a big and deep splinter in our tire and the air pressure was rapidly decreasing. In a panic, I searched on Google and found Matrix Auto Works, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute drive away. Upon arriving at the shop, the mechanic, who may have been the owner, immediately gave us his undivided attention. He went above and beyond by helping us remove our belongings from the car trunk and searching for a spare tire. Despite his best efforts to patch the damaged tire, it was beyond repair. I have a 21 yr old jeep Grand Cherokee, and have had it for years, and tried to keep it up as best possible, but unfortunately, original parts go bad and need replacing. Jared replaced both lower control arms, and outer tie rod, and 4 wheel aligned my jeep. He did a great job, and that jeep hasn't driven that well in a very long time. I highly recommend him. He does excellent work, and is very informative!!
