Phil was amazing! He took the time to explain each and every feature of my new car in detail and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before I left. His patience, knowledge, and professionalism truly stood out. I absolutely love my vehicle, and Phil made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend working with him!

This afternoon I arrived at the service desk without an appointment. The SA working at the first station asked how he could help. The “tire pressure low” warning had just appeared on the dashboard. Without delay, he drove my car into the service entrance and found a tech to put air in all the tires. This unexpected visit was completed in less than 30 minutes. I barely had enough time to take these fun pics of a classic showroom car. Bravo to this A1service team !!

Service here was really bad. Needed a new key and key fob. Spoke to the service dept on the phone and they order the part and gave me a good price and told me it would only take an hour. Once the part came in I scheduled an appt. Showed up for the appt and they gave me 3 different prices, claimed to not have ordered the part I wanted then proceeded to take 3 hours programming the key fob. 3 hours for what is typically a 30 minute routine program is a bit excessive. I say 3 hours and really it could be more since I am still sitting here waiting and it has been 3 hours and they are not done yet

I was impressed! My girlfriend was low on transmission fluid in her Odyssey van. We found this out just before we were to take a 300 mile trip to Cleveland. We stopped at Castrucci Honda expecting to be told to make an appointment. They checked the van, topped off the transmission and said that we were good to go! And didn't charge us a dime, now that's great service!

Horrible with time management. When I arrived @12:00 (my apt time) was told 35-45 min for an oil change . After an hour of being in the waiting room, I went back to ask how much longer,just to find out that my van has just been pulled in so I’m now 90min in to my 35-45 min appointed time. Having asked what was the hold up I was told I’m doing what I can. So long story short if you want something productive done with your Honda I would go somewhere else because they do not care and cannot manage there time. And now I have to reset my own oil light glad it was free.
