Just bought my Sorento and it seems like a good solid ride. Tyler B. was my sales rep and was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Unexpectedly had to purchase a new car recently. Phil Bailey and the entire staff made it easy and without stress. Started looking at used and switched to looking at new seamlessly. No switching sales person or location. Phil was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. He was patient and did everything he could to make the process go smoothly without pressure. Not only I purchased a car but a few weeks later, after my daughter got hit by a deer, I took her back to Matt Castrucci and Phil to help her out.

I received some of the worst customer service one can receive from a competitor in Fairfield, OH. Due to this, I decided to try my luck at Castrucci Kia. I also appreciate the fact that he is very knowledgeable about Kia's. Even after my purchase I received a follow up call to ensure I was still happy with my purchase and knew how to work everything.
