Matt Castrucci Nissan Service

Went into the service area for first oil change. The team did a superb job. It’s an oil change. Easy. When I first arrived, talked to Cody Myers and mentioned that I was curious on whether they offered a car wash, it’d snowed recently and I wanted to clean off the salt. They changed my oil and also to my surprise gave the car a wash. Extremely pleased with the service I was provided. Matt was very helpful and also knowledgeable about my warranty and helped answer questions. April was kind and helpful with the check out process. Elijah who did the work on the car, thanks for changing my oil/ washing the car.

Went in for an oil change and spoke with Matt Nelson who was extremely helpful and intuitive. He explained what I needed to do in the near future to ensure other issues didn’t occur. I appreciated his demeanor and knowledge while not feeling high pressured at the same time. I assure you I’ll be back!

I have just had my car serviced at the Nissan location and it has been a wild ride- a ride that the people at the dealership have helped me with on every step. I initially came in for some routine maintenance, but was surprised by a list of potential problems my car had. The service advisor (Matt) walked me through and patiently explained everything to me. He did a fantastic job working with me to explain what 'should' be done vs what 'needed' to be done. This is something I highly value when working with dealerships and I immensely appreciate. After finishing the conversation, his advise greatly helped me to make important decisions regarding my car (and I feel I left more knowledgeable about cars than when I arrived). This is why I go to dealerships, fantastic service!

Matt Castrucci’s Nissan service center is absolutely great! I have had excellent mechanical service performed on my car by Tony and excellent customer service, especially from Matt, going above & beyond with keeping me informed of the progress & details of my repairs.
