I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to Matth3ws auto center inc. and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The staff was attentive, professional, and truly cared about getting my car back on the road in top condition. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and provided me with a clear and honest estimate. I never felt pressured or rushed into making any decisions. Overall, my experience at this auto shop was exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive service. They've earned my business for life!

Terrible customer service and business practices. Don't waste your time or money. And they will lie and say "they won't deny service" after they initially said they will to try to save face. If you're in the line of work for breathalyzer calibration, try a little empathy. Leaving threats for an honest review is bad business practice. It does not constitute mistreatment of customers. It calls for better service. You can delete my review to keep lying, but I will be telling everyone on every platform not to go here.

The lack of consideration and empathy from this business is next to none. The professionalism is not there, and the staffing is transparent. Please do not waste your time, energy, or money with this establishment. This location, service services, interlock calibrations for the motor vehicle administration, And can’t even have staffing on location while they’re out for an entire week. These things are time sensitive, and when you’re one of the only two locations on the Eastern shore for this specific company, your doors should be open during business days. If you can’t have the staffing to cover your location, don’t service something that is serious as an interlock. I’ve heard many bad things about this company outside of interlock services as well.
