I called Matthew Smith towing and told my situation tonight that I was on the road for some hours and some change because this other towing company which is Martins sent someone in route to come and tow me out of the road and they never showed up, So Matthew Smith towing dispatched someone to me which was Bruce. Bruce came in a quick fast and hurry. He was very helpful and nice and very respectful! I would MOST definitely recommend this company to anyone in the Cartersville area! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thank you again Matthew Smith towing and Bruce!

Originally I tried to go through AAA but the wait was going to be several hours through their preferred provider and even calling without the service their estimate was still just as long. Within 25 minutes of calling Matthew Smith Towing for assistance, Jeremiah was out and assisting me! He went above and beyond with his service, even took detailed photos of the issue for me when doing his inspection to get it on the tow truck. The ease that was provided during a very stressful situation was so refreshing, highly recommend using Matthew Smith Towing!

I used my KIA Roadside assistance to get a tow for my car. I in Adairsville and within 45 minutes Ryan showed up. Ryan was friendly and very professional, he looked over the problems and got right to work. The car would not charge or start and had to be towed. Ryan took car in loading the car and securing to the truck. I was very comfortable with have them take my vehicle. From talking to the dispatch, to the phone call fron the driver that he was close ,to the pick up everything was positive. Thanks for your servicees.
