Warning to others: DO NOT take your vehicle to Matthews Car Wash in Denver, NC, for a detail. I paid $450 for a 'top shelf full detail' and was extremely disappointed. The detailer kept my truck overnight, but still managed to miss numerous areas, including the headliner, vents, and windshield glass. When I brought it to their attention, Keagan apologized and offered to redo the detail. However, the second attempt was a joke - it looked like a basic $40 wash. I was appalled by the lack of attention to detail and felt taken advantage of. I've included photos of my truck after the detail, and I'd like you to compare them to others who may have only received a mini detail. Absolute amazing experience after going to two other car washes which one I will never return because of the poor service and the other because they did not accept cash. Now I know I will never have to go anywhere else the personal relationship and communication that the owner of herself has with her customers is outstanding. I would recommend everybody my family and friends to come check them out. They do an amazing job and are very detailed. Their crew is respectful and very quick and professional. the environment is family, fun and friendly.

Brand new car wash, excellent service from the friendly staff. I gave the ultimate full service a shot as I hadn't washed my car in over a year. The team here did an amazing job making my car look and smell spankin' new again. The wait wasn't long at all, and they had a lounge with tv, snacks, and drinks while I waited. Since prices weren't bad at all, I signed up for the ultimate full service package. Would highly recommend.
