I bought a 2004 Chevy 1500 from him for $7,000, and the whole experience was a mess from start to finish. The first time I went to pick it up, the truck was missing two lug nuts—one on each wheel. The tag lights were out, and the only headlights that worked were the brights. He knew I had a two-hour drive home in the dark on the interstate, and I couldn’t use the brights, yet he still handed it over like that.
