Matthews Service Center

Truly exceptional customer service here. I was trying to get an issue fixed with a car I bought and they were kind, communicative, and made the entire process so much less stressful. They really go out of their way to hear concerns and treat their customers with respect & empathy, and all while being extremely knowledgable & competent. They have a loyal customer for life here!

Amy Nickerson is one of the best customer service people I have ever delt with! She truly cares about her customers going above and beyond getting parts needed to fix my vehicle and would not let me drive my vehicle until it was safe. Amy provided transportation and kept me updated on service. I will definitely buy from Matthews Motor again from excellent sales by Vince and great service by Amy. I want to thank everyone for a great experience with Matthews Motor Company!!!

Just want to give a huge shout out to Amy and the guys in the service center. I am not from the area and had a water pump issue with my truck. They was able to get me in and get me fixed up in no time. Also rented a car from them, I apologize because I don't know the name of the young lady that rented me the car but she was very helpful as well. I was referred to Matthews from a local when he stopped to see if I needed help. Great referral and great customer service. Very satisfied customer 👍

I went in to have my front end, bearing noise checked. Tech found a problem and told me to drop it off the next day and he would be able to check it out more thoroughly. When they found the problem, I received a phone call to tell me what they found and that it needed repaired before driving it any further. They ordered the parts and got all of the repairs done. They told me all that they fixed..They stood behind the work that had been done by a tech that no longer works there. I have always taken my vehicle there for oil changes and all repairs . I have been pleased with all of the work and Customer service that they provided. Thanks for standing behind your work.
