I am from Canada and I travel in my RAM Promaster 2500 that was converted into a camper van. After 6.5 years of regular maintenance and no issues at all, a much dreaded engine light came on. As I am heading to the Artic Ocean, in Tuktoyaktuk, Canadian Northwest Territories on March, I was quite concerned about the issue and being thousands kilometers from my trusted mechanic. I began the online search, read the reviews, called several shops and finally decided to go with Matt's Automotive. Not only did I get to know the most trustworthy , honorable and knowledgeable people when it comes to the mechanics, I feel like I have made friends with the owner and the guys working with him. They did the diagnostics, found out it was my battery at the end of its life , gave me the written estimate,

Matt's Automotive is one of the most detailed and professional mechanic shops in the city! Matt is a laid back down to earth dude that does what he says! He will answer all your questions thoroughly. I had a remanufactured 5.3 GMC motor put in by Matt and his crew on my 2012 Sierra. The communication during the process was superb! Job was done swiftly and flawless! My son brings his Camaro there to get worked on as well, and they always take care of him on the spot with flawless work as usual. Can't forget about the customer service. Every time I call, Paul goes above and beyond to give me all the details I need to make the best decision. This shop is next level!!

I got a diagnostic done on my vehicle and the Automotive shop I had it done at told me it would cost 2100.00 dollars to fix the problem. I Paid for the diagnostic and left. Called around and found Matt's Automotive. I told them what the other place told me the problem was and they were the most affordable place out of all the places I called. I took my car in and they did a diagnostic on my vehicle and stated that the other places diagnostic was INCORRECT. The problem at Matt's cost a little over 200.00 dollars. What a difference, I was pleased and very grateful with the work they did here!! Thanks guys for your hard work! I will recommend your service to all and be back if needed!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but it has to be said. Left my truck sitting on his lot UNLOCKED for 4 months while he pushed other jobs in front of mine to "keep his doors open". Got it to another mechanic and had it fixed in a week also got it back with the inside covered in greasy fingerprints do better if your gonna run a business

Great experience with Paul and his team. Did an amazing job with a clutch replacement on my bmw. Worked efficiently and got the job taken care of as promised. Definitely will be recommending them to everyone and will be going back for future repairs!! Thank you.
