Honest and professional! We got great service from Paolo and his team when trying to decide on repairs for our 2008 bmw. Paolo was open and honest about the value of our car versus certain repairs we were considering. We will defintely be back!

Scam and Theft watch! I would never recommend anyone take their vehicle to Maui Tech Auto in Kihei 1. They stole my BMW battery and replaced it with an Optima. The BMW battery is specifically designed to match my needs, however the Optima battery nearly damaged my car and it doesn't fit. Theres a cover that's supposed to go above the battery but it couldn't fit on top. They also wrapped up my battery shielding and placed it on the side thinking it won't rattle and I won't notice. 2. They broke my driver side post to my door trying to gain entry into my car. If the right battery was on there you could have used the key. 3. They drove my vehicle with no air in the tires, unto the tow truck, ultimately destroying my back bumper, and scraping up my exhaust as it was trying to get into the

I have used this place several times in the past for repairs, oil changes and today to change the flat tire. l always drove off happy with work and how l was treated. Today was no exception. With a flat tire and spare stuck and unable to release, we got turned down across the street at Good Year Auto (they absolutely suck) and as l always had great experience with Maui Tech, l asked tow truck driver to tow us here. Even though the service writer Desiree wasn't around, Rafael the mechanic dropped what he was doing to not only put the spare on for us, he also fixed the puncture. These guys are nice, competent and helpful. Can't go wrong here.

Paolo and company are real stand-up guys and always offer straight-talk when it comes to estimates and repairs. Sone of the projects I’ve worked with them on, nobody else on the island would even look at! These guys aren’t scared at all! They rock!

I highly recommend Maui Tech. They are HONEST. I brought in a Maui beater/cruiser in for an assessment. Not only was final price lower than the quoted estimate, Desiree also told me, in the kindest possible way!, that the car was not worth fixing. (The shop could have easily made recommendations to fix certain things.) All in all, a very positive personal and professional experience. I will be returning.
