They're upfront about what your vehicle may or may not need, without any hidden charges. They work with customers to find a solution to get their vehicle back on the road safely.

Had a appointment for 10am today was 11:30 and my car was still in the parking lot waiting for a inspection. We have things to do and time is very important for me. I ended up leaving with no inspection done due to the incompetence of this place. What is the point on doing a schedule if you still not doing the service in time?

Called in for a quick oil change they was able to get the job done quick same day I was in and out in no time … thank you for your service

It took two days, but DAM!! They were on the problem I had. I give 5 stars. As I sat there for an entire day Saturday. And watched how the team was on car after car after car. Basically until closing. Zero complaints from the team. Big shoutout to the man whose hand I had to shake. Thank you very much Mavis team, on Lehigh St. Allentown, PA.

Always great service and fair prices from this shop, I highly recommend them. Shout out to assistant manager John and his late night Thursday crew who helped me out big time in an emergency last night. I appreciate the time this shop takes to check out issues and explain things in a way I can understand. Top notch!!!
