Mavis Discount Tire

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at this shop. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Jim and Justin especially went above and beyond, taking the time (and showing a lot of patience) to help me choose the right tires for my vehicle. The tires were ordered and delivered quickly, and I had them installed within a day. On top of that, they were able to get parts delivered the same day and fix an ongoing brake issue I’d been dealing with. Outstanding service from start to finish—10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had an amazing experience (as a single woman who knows nothing about vehicles besides that’s my inspection had run out). I was serviced quickly, with recommendations along the way without a pushy atmosphere. The customer service however, aside from the needed service was far superior. I will return. It made the task easier was reluctant to do, enjoyable.

Reliable space and kind staff. My tire broke at I-80. I found this place from google map for their high review. They definitely lived up to the high review. We got there close to when the shop would close and they stayed after hours to get our tires fixed. Really appreciate it.

Amazing service and communication! The power steering line broke on me mid-drive so I showed up to Mavis in Berwick as a walk in, thankfully they took my car in with little to no wait as I explained the situation to the employee in the front. While my car was there they were great about replacing other parts and getting my car inspected for the year. All within a reasonable amount of time! The manager was nice enough to talk me through the parts and pieces they changed out and made me feel comfortable bringing my car back for anything else. Very well informed employees and incredibly helpful during a stressful situation, I’ll definitely be going back when it’s time for tires!

Thank you so much to Jim at this Mavis location! I was traveling from Indiana to NY when my oil light came on and my hood started smoking. It was a Sunday afternoon and almost everything was closed, but thankfully I found this Mavis about 35 minutes away from where I had stopped. Jim generously squeezed me in even though only one mechanic was working. He kept me updated on my car and explained everything to me. He even called a day or two later to make sure I made it to NY safely, which was so caring and thoughtful! Thanks so much for your help and kindness Jim! I highly recommend this place - great customer service here.
