This was the first time I used Shaffers. I had couple car issues. The owner seemed very knowledgable and explained to me what was wrong and how they would fix it. He fixed my car without a terribly long wait. I feel the price was reasonable considering it included an AC Compressor.

An honest garage that keeps an open line of communication going throughout your cars time there. I was kept notified throughout various steps of the repair as to what was happening and what would happen next. These guys are the real deal. Friendly, honest, trustworthy, and a good value. Will be recommending to anyone I know needing auto repairs done.

I've gotten my inspection done here for 2 years now and it's always a pleasure. I have bad anxiety and they never make me feel like I'm stupid. This year they noticed a wheel bearing needed changed even though it's not part of the inspection. I'm glad they look out for their customers! I appreciate and love this place. After we got the car we still heard a noise, they fit us in real quick. We dropped the car off the night before and got it the next day. It was a simple fix and cost us nothing. It was a good peace of mind!

Picked up my car for me after it let me sit at my mother's house due to ignition issues a few months back. They had it fixed and inspected in no time at all. Cole texted me a few days later to make sure everything was running okay. Great service, great people! Staff was very friendly when I went in for a different issue about a week ago. They had my radiator fan fixed in under 24 hours, which was a surprise with as many cars were there. 10/10 would recommend! I've never found a garage I was happy to bring my cars to until now. These guys are so trusting, I wouldn't go elsewhere.
