Do yourself a favor and just go to THIS location if you're in the Lehigh valley! I have gone there and firstly as a woman, I am never treated lesser than. Furthermore, they are all so kind when I go. I got my tires changed back in December, prices were clearly communicated, the work was fast, and they worked with me to help me and not try to hit me with hidden fees. They are so kind, so friendly and you can ask all of the questions that you need. Truly a great place and I had to go back today and it was fast, efficient and I am always treated with respect. GO HERE! You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you so much to all the staf there for always helping me, laughing with me and allowing me to ask you all the questions!!!

Just wanted to share how great the team at Mavis of Bethlehem is! The gentleman that checked me (whose name I didn’t catch) was helpful right away and also gave me updates as to when the service team would be able to look at my car. David and Bill who looked at my vehicle were super friendly and professional and took the time to explain the situation with my tire, answer my questions and give me the options to resolve the issue. (All with a smile!). I highly recommend this business!

Big shout out to Jimmy and Troy! They got me in and out when I was in a bind with my tire. Both of these gentlemen deserve big raises because of their amazing customer service. I would recommend this Mavis to everyone who needs any repairs.

My granddaughter Mercedes Hornak of Bethlehem PA had four tires and a rear brake job on her 2019 KIA Sportage which I brought in to Mavis on Schoenersville Rd Bethlehem PA on October 2025.I purchased four new tires and rear brakee & rotors totaling &1700. I recently had a problem with the brake job an stopped in to talk with the Manager Trevor on 01/22/26. He had Jose check and learned the brakes were prematurely worn due to an installation issue. They did a complete new brake job in about two and a half hours and I was on my way. No hassle and no problem. I was grateful for the way they listened, examined the work on my vehicle and made the repairs! I was impressed, appreciative and thankful for the way my problem was handled. Thank You!
