I was in a bind and needed help - my rental car (of all things) had steel belts showing on the front tires. Not wanting to put my family at risk, I was fortunate enough to find this Mavis Discount tire location down the street from my Aunt and Uncle's house where I was visiting. Not only did they have tires in stock that would work on this Tesla, they were able to get me in same day. There were a few people ahead of me so it took a little while but completely understandable showing up late in the day. I am a technician by trade and I was happy to see how detail oriented they were - they have the correct Tesla adapters for their lift, they cleaned the hub mating surface before putting the wheels back on the car, used a torque stick and a wrench and set the proper 42psi tire pressure. Fantastic experience at Mavis Tire in Brick today. I went in to talk about tires and have two tires repaired. Rashon and the entire team were outstanding. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Service was fast, smooth, and accommodating from start to finish. Madison, Mitch, and Yariel were amazing. I hobbled my car in with a flat tire and they helped me right away. They had amazing sense of humor and grace when I spilled coffee on their front desk. In fact we had such a good laugh, that they transformed my stressful morning into a fun memory. Now I have a good story to tell my friends/family. Because of their professional attitude and quick service, I will definitely be coming back and referring them to others.

Mitch the manager worked with me to solve a problem created after I went to a different location. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Patient and trustworthy. This is the only Mavis I’ll go to
