Dan the manager at Delaware Mavis runs a excellent team of mechanics. They are knowledgeable and listens to the customer. Dan is the man he makes sure his customers are taken care of and happy when we leave. Dan is a excellent manager and always showes impeccable customer service, and his team giving quality service 👏 👍 I always refer my friends and family to Dan the Man for there auto needs.. By the way Dan should be a trainer of new hire managers Dan should be the one they shadow for expert training. DAN IS A KEEPER.. and what a great personality and smile. Delaware Mavis is best a customer because of Dan the Man.

We have a 2010 Corolla that makes a squealing noise whenever we start it. The squealing stops after 30 seconds but not after it wakes the whole neighborhood. We’ve taken it to multiple mechanics who have replaced the alternator and multiple belts. When the last mechanic said it might be the water pump, we just threw up our hands and decided to live with it. I mentioned all this to Jeff when I was picking up my other car, so he said he could take a look at it if I wanted to bring it by later. When I told him I actually drove the car to get here, despite it raining at the time he immediately grabbed his torque wrench and went outside. He looked everything over, spent a few minutes making few adjustments and then said to start it up. No squealing!! Thank you, Jeff, for taking the time to go

Many have reached out to share that they will be unable to make it tonight or to express concern about the weather. To be clear, there is no confusion- this is gaslighting. Your employees provided different answers to how the maintenance was completed. Your team has failed to hand over any documents detailing the full scope of service. And the customer service was downright patronizing. Cameras in an auto shop are not close enough to properly capture the maintenance close to the engine and under the car. Your insistence on a dealer checking your work is a clear admission of incompetence. Your inconsistency, lack of professionalism, and obvious disregard for the safety of your customers are shameful. _

Mavis offers the best service in Buffalo. They are always knowledgeable and patient, even for those like me who know nothing about cars. Their service is fast, efficient, and incredibly reliable. I’ve been taking my car to Mavis for the past three years, and I’ve had nothing but the best service. I highly recommend them.

I did not know today while entering mavis discount tires that my life would change. Stepping through the doors I noticed my left arm started hurting, but I needed new tires so I didn’t think much of it. over the course of my time there my pain progressed to a point where one of the service technicians, Jeff, helped me sit down and gave me some complimentary water. Things took a turn when my heart rate got to a concerning rate(shout out Apple Watch). From this point forward I don’t remember what happened, but from what I was told I began to have a cardiac event. Jeff, whilst changing my tires, took notice of this and began to check my pulse and yelled for an ambulance. In the meantime, however, he began compressions and continued on his own until emts arrived on scene. I have to thank Jeff
