Mavis Discount Tire

I was in the Dallas area which is a little distance from my home. I looked at my tire and seen it was very soft. So after I left my appointment I searched for a place to get air in my tire. I seen Mavis tire pulled in and noticed they had a air compressor with free air. I didn't even get out of the car and charlie from Mavis came and ask if id like help. Absolutely , so he puts air in my tire and was pretty sure I had a puncture. He examined the tire for me by having me back up slowly and sure enough a huge screw in the outer layer of my tire. Soooo I said well looks like I'm getting new tires today. They did not influence me but I knew for safety I needed a new tire and wanted them to be the same on my front wheel drive Charlie and Jessie helped make some decisions for the correct tire

I’m Mary even if my husband’s name shows up (Joe). Anyway, I called to see if I could bring my car in since one of my tires picked up a nail. I was greeted by Mike who was great. Very courteous and helpful. Once I was at Mavis’ Dallas, PA location, Mike saw the nail in the outside edge of the tire and we went over options. I also met Charlie and both he and Mike took great care to help me pick out a set of new tires, ones where I can drive up to 50 miles IF I get another nail in my tire. Y’all have a great team of professionals at your Dallas location and my family will continue to be regular customers.

Amazing store and outstanding staff, other shops turn away work while these technicians are professional and perfectionists. Jesse, Charlie and Brandon are the best in the back mountain and County. When you need work and don’t want to wrench it yourself. Pros are here.

I noticed I was getting a flat and drove straight here since they were the closest tire shop to me, and I’m so glad I did. The shop was very clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. They took my car in right away, fixed the issue quickly, and even gave me a discount. The service was fast, stress-free, and barely cost anything. I can’t recommend Mavis Discount Tire in Dallas enough!

Mike and Charlie were very helpful with the selection of tires and making sure my car got taken care of today. I got four tires, an alignment and oil change. When I asked about making sure everything was ok with my oil plug, Mike went in the garage and double checked it. They were more than happy to help me despite me showing up without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon.
