Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I took my wife’s car to the Dallas store for an oil change and the mechanic tightened the negative cable on the battery free of charge. The whole time I was there I had and enjoyed a GREAT conversation with the store manager! I will definetly be a return customer! 5🌟

My experiences at Tire Choice are always positive. The time and date for service to be done is timely and I never seem to be in the waiting room long. Your customer service is above par. I feel like I am the only one being taken care of. The prices always seem reasonable and nothing is out of place when my car is returned.

I wouldn't trust any Tire Choice aka Monroe with repairing a gulf cart properly, especially after we had to go elsewhere to have a repair done that was already done by them. Called corporate and kept being told the district manager would call back..never happened! Then locate the number by seeing the sign in store for the district manager whom couldn't be bothered when leaving messages. Tire Choice ripped us off for 1k and didn't do the work we agreed on

I have been going to tire choice for over 3yrs. all the employees that work there are very friendly knowledgeable and explained what exactly is wrong with your vehicle. I would highly recommend tire choice to anyone looking for car repairs.

I took my car in for my state inspection and an oil change. When I came to pick it up I paid, and went outside with the keys to leave. When I got into my car there was a large crack in the windshield that they failed to mention to me when paying. I saw it and immediately turned around to ask them what happened. The mechanic who was working on the vehicle came out, admitted it was his fault, and then proceeded to say he had done this several other times, and that they would get it resolved shortly. I said I understood and they said they would take care of it. I did not hear back for two days until I called back. To which they had still not scheduled a repair. I then called back another two days later. To which they were incredibly defensive and still had no repair set up. It was at this tim
