Mavis Discount Tire

I went there to get an alignment and was quoted a solid price out the door of $120 which i thought was amazing. Dropped my car off and within an hour and a half it was done. We get to the shop and was notified that they did an oil change and an alignment and that the oil change was free of charge. We also used a $30 coupon we found online and the man at the front desk (i’m assuming the manager) was super pleasant and very helpful. Will definitely go there again as my car is in trusted hands with amazing people!

I was able to get in with a flat tire , without an appointment. They take walk ins when they can and try best to accommodate customers with the earliest availability of an appointment. Michael is amazing! He was able to fix my tire; I was expecting that it needed to be replaced. I will definitely go back for my tires and all other services they offer.

I had a great experience at my recent appointment. The staff was incredibly professional and courteous, making me feel comfortable immediately. I appreciated their honest advice without any high-pressure sales tactics.

All I can say about the guys down there at Mavis in Douglasville is that they are amazingly helpful! And how they are amazing? They are amazing in such a way of being patient, well informative around Pottstown area. I brought my car in with brand new wheels and I thought that that will be the end of it if I buy a set of tires to go with them. Man I was wrong. I wanted to plan ahead so I won't fail but, life had other intentions four great ideas. Monday October 6th this took place. I ordered the tires that I need to have on the vehicle the week before and just so happened that the tires wasn't on the delivery truck to deliver. There’s a TireShop at the other Corner across from Royal Farms Don’t Go Here I’ve experienced ongoing issues at this location, and unfortunately there seems to be a pattern of upselling unnecessary services while overlooking actual problems. This has happened to me three to five times, and as much as I’ve tried to continue bringing my business here, I no longer feel comfortable doing so. My most recent experience involved a flat tire. I dropped my car off to have the tire repaired. They kept my car overnight and called me the next morning saying I needed to replace the entire tire. At the time, all four of my tires were still in usable condition, and I planned to replace them together in the near future, not just one tire now.
