Mavis Discount Tire

Before coming to Mavis for my tire replacement, I called multiple times looking for the best price, and Charles was incredibly patient and helpful every single time. He truly took great care of me. I’m so glad I decided to come here! My tires were done in under two hours, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this Mavis location.

Every time I go to this tire shop I leave feeling confident there are professional business with great employees out there. I had a some what simple problem, they addressed it right away and I was in and out in half an hour. The manager was knowledgeable and communicated well with his staff, and the staff was very professional and pleasant. Another great experience at Mavis tires Elmont location.

Nick Anthony and Justin were great. Amazing service was in and out. I appreciate what they did for me. Came in for a oil change and they helped me make sure I was safe on the road by recommending services I would not have seen myself! Thanks so much guys

Spoke with Chris from the Call Center who scheduled me for a full set replacement on a Sunday. Unfortunately the tires didn’t arrive as expected and were rescheduled for the following day. Charles provided me an update when they arrived. Happy with the quality of service provided, they did charge extra for tire valve replacements which was not disclosed when booking through the call center. Reasonably priced. However time being my only complaint. Took over 3 hours to replace 4 tires..

Quality service. Everyone was friendly, honest, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The staff was amazing, thank you all. Special thanks to Aaron and Jason for taking the time to explain everything and helping me fully understand the process. I’ll definitely be coming back.
