Mavis Discount Tire

The Mavis in Franklin Square is hands down the best location I’ve ever been to. They are honest, efficient, and very customer friendly. They know what they are doing. I’ve gone to other locations who haven’t got a clue. That’s why they’ve been my preferred location for over 6 years.

I got a flat tire while driving home on the highway and called Mavis right as they were closing. I spoke with Anita, and I can honestly say she was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though it was closing time, she allowed me to come in so I wouldn’t be stranded and made sure I was taken care of. Anita showed genuine compassion and asked the rest of the staff to accommodate me without hesitation. It was truly an amazing experience and a reminder that there are still wonderful, caring people in the world. Exceptional customer service all around.

I refrain from bashing this establishment because I've been here many times and have received competent service on a wide range of issues from tire changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, brake jobs & oil changes. My usual contact person was a worker named Russ. First time I dealt with him, I was impressed with his knowledge, his patience, his professional manner and his ability to make the process go smoothly. However, my last visit, Russ wasn't working. I had a feeling I should go back another day. Turns out, I was right. In a nutshell...I went to get a few things done. Mainly things you (as the customer) CANNOT PROVE were done. You need to have trust that they were. Unless you're me and you MARK your tires prior to a tire rotation. When NONE OF THE TIRES is moved, it's an issue! How

Got an inspection, made an appointment early to start my saturday. Anita the service advisor was excellent very professional, kind, and funny. She had me in and out in a timely manner. Thank you Anita. Whatever she's getting, increase it lol

I was nervous taking my 1981 DeLorean anywhere for Wheel alignment and NYS Inspection. A friend who also has a DeLorean recommended Mavis in Franklin Square and I could not be happier. It’s a 44 year old classic car and Russ and his team took great care with the car and made the process quick and easy. My car is finally properly aligned and this will without a doubt be my go to shop in the future!
