I cannot recommend this autobody shop highly enough! Since this was my first time ever needing collision repairs, I was a bit nervous about the process, but they made everything incredibly easy. From the moment I walked in, I felt less like a customer and more like part of the family. Chris Guinto, Hugo & the team were all genuinely kind, welcoming & professional. They kept me in the loop with consistent updates as repairs were being made, so I never had to wonder about the status of my car. The quality of the work is absolutely flawless—my car looks brand new again! To top it off, they finished everything exactly on time as promised. Mid Valley is the place to go for repairs when you have the unpleasant experience of a car accident or maybe two. As I was unfamiliar with the process, both times Chris and Hugo walked me through it and kept me worry free. I mainly worked with Chris through the process and he was just amazing. He is so knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills and overall a great person. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and the end results both times exceeded my expectations.
