I had a really great experience at Mavis. Brian at the front desk was especially kind and understanding, and he made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The team there truly takes their time with customers and makes sure everything is explained clearly. You can tell they care about doing the job right and not just rushing people through. They also gave me a very fair price and were willing to work with my budget, which I really appreciated. Overall, just solid service from start to finish.

This is my second time at this location. Ana and Nelson took care of me today, as a walk in. They were kind and helpful, knowledgeable, and really helped me out. They had a good recommendation for my tire that didn’t break the bank. The service was quick, and I sat and waited for my car and watched a nature documentary! I recommend coming to this location.

I would highly recommend this tire shop! I came in with an emergency flat tire and was helped immediately. The workspace is clean, welcoming, and inviting, which made a stressful situation much easier. Brett at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. The staff was professional and efficient, and my tire was taken care of within a very reasonable amount of time. Excellent service all around—I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others.

The guys working there were really nice, helpful, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s so nice to find a place that’s honest and easy to deal with — highly recommend! Woke up on a Saturday to find out my tire had a screw in it, and the pressure was dangerously low. All the guys were very nice, and quickly patched up the wheel for $30. Definitely recommend coming here for your car troubles:)
