Mavis Discount Tire

A couple of weeks ago I stopped in to get a slow leak fixed on my jeep from a plug I installed that did not seal completely, probably from it being so cold. It started off good with the pleasant sales lady taking my information and asking me for my license plate #. When I can back into the store there was a service guy with her. He asked me if my jeep was lifted, so I responded with "yes". He proceeded with telling me they don't fix tires on lifted vehicles (it was only a 2-3/4" lift, my wife's stocked Rubicon sits higher than my jeep). Anyway, I said that's fine, I'll remove the wheel and bring it in. Then he proceeded to tell me they don't repair tires that were previously plugged. Now the lady steps in and says that the tire will need to be replaced. Immediately I knew where this was go

Came in for a dashboard warning light and had a fantastic experience. The service reminded me why I always liked Mavis Tire. I’m truly thankful for the professional and kind problem-solving. Special thanks to the tall technician with long hair (I missed his name, but he was great). I really appreciate the help!

Every time I’ve been to Mavis Tire, I’ve always been treated with the utmost kindness and respect by all who are there. They are very understanding, helpful, and truthful. They know what they can and cannot do, and are more than willing to do what needs to be done, even if it means telling you that they cannot safely service your car, then provide you with a description of the issue and what you need to move forward. The mechanic I received my service from was Travis, and he is a very fair man. I will be happy to bring my car back for whatever repairs or maintenance that needs to be done in the future.

Becky was able to get me 4 tires last minute. Had a blow out on the highway. Mavis is open on sunday. Becky was so helpful Amazing service.

Just wanted to say I really appreciate the work that was recently done on my car. I recently brought in my vehicle for some suspension/brake work and then I had a bearing issue. I primarily dealt with Mike who was straight forward and honest. He went above and beyond to get my car taken care of and even put it back on the lift to work out one more little thing when I came in to pick it up. I really appreciate all his hard work and diligence.
