I work closely with them for fleet management needs at my workplace, and not only do they service my work fleet with top priority, they always make me feel like I am part of the family. I took my car in for a state inspection and oil change. The appointment was easy to book and I loved that they provided shuttle service to get me to my job. It was very helpful to have a report sent to me for urgent items my car needed and things to look out for in the next few months. Staff were friendly and very helpful, And all work was done timely. Came to Michalak's after spending 10 minutes in Walmart struggling to find the correct light bulb for my signal lights. From the second I was in the door they had me back on the road in 5 minutes. Truly a great business that also gives back to their community!
