Mavis Discount Tire

Went for a tire alignment, waited about 1.5 hrs - 2 hrs till job was completed and I asked for the printout of the job and they told me their printer was broken... As I drove away I noticed my steering wheel was still leaning to the right and somehow they made it worse than what it was when I brought it there when I let go of the steering wheel. Brought it back and they told me they would check it again but that their mechanic was the best there and said when he test drove it it was perfect which was not the case. Basically left again and the steering wheel was leaning to the left. I took it to my mechanic in Philly and he fixed it for free. Great service great people, short simple and to the point, as a mechanic shop/tire shop. I’ve been in this industry for 10+ years, and typically I wouldn’t be driven to recommend a chain shop; however this one stands out above all the others. Keep up the great work.

Came in with the idea that my vehicle needed an alignment, after experiencing some odd movement in the front end of my vehicle. They called to confirm appointment time and okay’d pushing back time due to prior personal arrangements getting delayed. Once in they diagnosed the car and got me back on the road in no time. Aaron at the front is a great customer service representative of what a mechanic shop should be, and truly cares about the customer service aspect of the job.

My sister was in from Tennessee and the engine cover fell off. Aaron was amazing! So kind and completely fixed the engine cover to enable my sister to drive home to TN. I have used this Mavis numerous times and have always had great customer service and efficient repairs. Kudos to Aaron!

I was having trouble with my tire sensor after a 6-month complimentary rotation service at the Harleysville location . I stopped by the Hatfield store and Aaron was so kind. He took care of me and provided excellent customer service without any questions. Just wanted to be helpful!
