Peruzzi Toyota Service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this dealership. I brought my 2023 Toyota in for inspection and maintenance, clearly explained that the tire (on the side where my car had previously been hit) was showing a constant low-pressure warning. Instead of honoring my tire/warranty coverage, I was pressured into paying $68 for a “repair” just to pass inspection. Hours later, after picking up the car, the same tire completely failed — it was not just flat, it came off the rim. This was extremely dangerous for me and my family who were in the car the next morning. The car had been drivable for weeks at 28 PSI before your “repair,” and now it is unsafe. I have had a couple Toyotas over the years and always find the service at Peruzzi to be good. They are easy to work with, clear in their communications, and timely. I do wish the Toyota service schedule didn't require so many visits, but Peruzzi gets me in and out and on my way.

Had a great experience at this location everyone was helpful and willing to work with me to get into the car I truly wanted. Very clean atmosphere and very attentive when responding . I bought my Toyota Corolla from Peruzzi Toyota during the Pandemic. This dealership is the best. I am a senior and have encountered nothing but reliable and trustworthy service that I know I am not being taken advantage of with my car care. I was sold a solid car that I was told would keep me on the road for years to come and if I ever needed service they were there. Promises kept. Service was super fast and efficient. I went to have a transmission leak fixed which I thought was covered by powertrain but it wasn’t, and they ended up paying for half as well as give me a free uber ride. Everything was finished up in less than a day. Thank you for the great experience!
