Don't trust them with any advanced work... Brought my car in for an oil change and two new tires. They said I needed new shocks, didn't really think I did but said fine go ahead just in case. Was making a rattling noise after the fact, took it to my usual mechanic who I trust and turns out they didn't even put the new shocks in correctly... Not happy about them pushing me to get new shocks I probably didn't even need and then not even doing it correctly, I will not be going back and hope someone sees this and avoids letting them do work on their car since they clearly don't put much effort in to doing it correctly

Came in for a tire patch after I got a nail puncture. They told me they couldn’t patch it because of the location of the nail, and that I also needed the other rear tire replaced. Said each tire would be $150 but somehow the total was $430. I declined and he asked me if I was sure I wanted to drive away with a punctured tire. Went to another shop and they immediately patched my tire, no concerns about it. I paid $25 for a tire patch. DO NOT GO HERE. They are scammers who try to take advantage. Hmm, maybe it's because I'm a woman?

I want to begin by saying that the staff at Mavis Tire Service were fantastic — very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the work being done and provided helpful information about other parts of my vehicle. The front-end alignment they performed was excellent, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. However, I do have a concern regarding their pricing practices. They wanted to charge $25 per tire for wheel balancing, which I never requested. I refused the service because the price was far too high, especially when most competitors such as All Weather Tires include balancing in the tire purchase or charge only a few dollars per tire. Although I did not buy my tires from Mavis (I could have), this unnecessary and inflated cost makes their pricin
