Mavis Discount Tire

My truck would not start and I needed a jump. Mavis was across the street and they sent a guy with a battery pack to jump my truck and we then drove it into their shop and replaced the battery. The service was top notch as Vinnie, Matt and Randy were a real pleasure to work with. I was done in an hour, and all for a very fair price.

A truly regrettable experience. AVOID Mavis tire to exchange tires or any significant work. They replaced 2 tires yesterday with brand new tires. The appointment took 2 hrs and 15 minutes. Within 6 hours one tire was flat. I called them first thing in the am. When I arrived I explained that the tire was in the trunk. They spent another hour checking the spare! It was obviously not a new tire and did not have the logo on the hub cap. A complete sign of incompetence from both the desk staff ( who subsequently blamed eachother) and the person performing the repair. How do you not notice that the tire you are checking is 3 years old and not the new one you put on less than one day ago? Go somewhere reputable. I went last minute about a week ago on a Sunday to check my front drivers side tire. Mike M got me in pretty quick. They were able to patch up my tire. No sales pitch, etc. Tire is still holding on and it was $32. Thank you.

I've been using a dealership for all my needs and haven't had any issues. Out of pire convenience thought I'd try Mavis. I had 2 front tires replaced on my 2023 Ram promaster. Inside the cab things were shuffled around, my bookbag was unzipped and a ratchet extension was stolen. On the passenger side the rain rail was jacket up on and half of it was bent and mostly flattened. I've NEVER had an experience like this and I'm 47 yrs old. The salesman Randy was a pleasure to work with and he was his word on everything. I felt that he was a straight shooter. One of the workers on the other hand is a thief and unprofessional doing the work. I will not ever return here with any of my 6 personal vehicles or my construction work vans.

I’ve been a Mavis customer for over 20 yrs. Recently, I’ve been taken care of by Randy who is professional and extremely knowledgeable as are Vinnie and Corey. Most of time , all work is performed in a timely fashion . Mavis is my choice regarding any automotive work.
