My first time at Neptune location, usually go to Wall. Very pleased w/ quick, professional service. Ed Asst Mgr got me in quick, Mechanic Doug B did outstanding job diagnosing my coolant level service light. I’ll be back to Neptune, now that I moved back to Asbury Park. Plz thank your staff for the excellent service!

Part of the under body of my car was hanging down on the ground, after having driven in so much snow. I came in to the shop in the evening and was immediately offered assistance from the kind team! They quickly fixed the underbody and I was good to go! Thank you to the very helpful team! Highly recommend Mavis in Neptune for your car needs!

I was taken right away and they fixed my tire within in an hour. I saw that it took the technician some amount of effort to fix the 2 holes in my tire. Still only charged $30. Tire works great. Thank You.

I was able to make an appointment same-day for replacing all 4 tires. We just got a half foot of snow dumped on us, first of the season, and the tire shop was very busy but they were courteous and helpful. I was able to get everything replaced and get on the road within a couple hours. I waited on-site and got to see them also help a number of other customers, and they were gracious, patient, and calm. A lot of stress going around between the snowstorm and the holidays and unexpected expenses, so it was really nice to see. I also really appreciate feeling helped matter-of-factly without any attempts to upsell me on things I didn’t really need at this time. Honestly that might be a first for me, and it makes it so much more likely that I’ll choose to go here in the future. - Return visit w

Second time for me getting oil and filter changed on my 2020 Civic. Went on line at 9am and was able to get an appointment for 11am. They got me in right on time and I was done 30 minutes later. No attempt to upsell me on anything. Thanks guys, that’s how you get and keep customers! I will be back.
