I can’t say enough good things about the team at Mavis in Newton, NJ. They are always kind, professional, and truly helpful. This past Sunday morning I had an issue after running over something unavoidable in the road and they took my car in right away. It turned out that a nail had punctured both of my passenger-side tires. The staff handled everything quickly and calmly, explained what was going on, and got me safely back on the road. They’re not only reliable but also very reasonable with pricing, which is so appreciated. It’s rare to find a place you can genuinely trust with your car, but this location has earned that trust. Went in for a flat tire replacement, they tested the tire with pressure, in water, and did a thorough check. No leak whatsoever was found. They put tire back on, added appropriate amount of air in all 4 tires, and did not charge for any of this. Waited a day to make sure all was good, and I have had no issues whatsoever! Highly recommend Mavis-Newton NJ. They were helpful, courteous, and more than fair. Thank you Mavis staff!

Rich, is amazing. Never dealt with a more accommodating, knowledgeable or friendly auto repair technician/manager. Helped me make informed choices that met my specific needs and that were not necessarily the most expensive. Busted his tail to get me in even though the shop was really busy.
