Mavis Discount Tire

Scott and his staff at the Norwich mavis are what we need more of in this industry! Most shops are booking out for weeks! I called and was told please bring it on and drop it off we will get to it today! They were accommodating of my schedule and service was excellent! Always will recommend

Less than welcoming experience. I am strictly a Mavis customer. I regularly have my oil changed and tires rotated at Mavis. I get my tires yearly through DJ in Binghamton/JC. I have all sorts of suspension parts replaced in addition to regular maintenance. Today was probably the worst Mavis experience I’ve ever had. It started on the phone two hours prior to my arrival. I asked if there was an opening for an oil change and tire rotation and the manager on duty blatantly said I can bring it in and drop it off. I told him I plan to wait and didn’t want to drop and wait if it would be very long. He(Scott) then said he can’t tell me the wait as anyone could stop and be put in line. So I said ok I’ll see you later. This guy should be working on cars not dealing with the public. Not one word on

Very caring and efficient staff who go above and beyond. I came for an oil change and they checked everything and gave me excellent recommendations. Very needed advices specially in the snowy conditions! Very appreciated!!

They are so kind. I came in to have the pressure in my tires checked. Thomas and the clerk were angels. They helped me without charging me. Thomas even went so far to check the sensors, will definitely return 🙂
