Everyone was polite and helpful. Repairs took longer than expected, but I was informed during process. They provided a ride several times. Car was immaculate inside and out, nice surprise! They handled all insurance claims. Overall great and professional service.

The manager rich was rude and arrogant. My truck went in 5 weeks ago when I picked it up and paid my bill I walked out with him and couldn’t believe the awful paint job the orange peel was so bad in the sun. So he said your right I’ll have the guys buff it out on Saturday. Then I noticed they charged me for mud flaps and used my old ones. They wrote me a check for that but was not gonna say anything if I didn’t. Then I noticed they missed paint on the quarter panel. I had light bulbs that didn’t work and they damaged my back window with my tool box. I was called a liar and now they said they won’t open on Saturday so they want me to miss work for them to fix one of there mistakes. Please don’t go there they will rob you. After filing two separate insurance claims and having another company bail....three days later I called A&J's for a tow and they had the car at the shop literally in under 2 hours and without an issue. They will be my go to and I'll absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.
