Mechanics provide great service, especially on my Audi, which a lot of other shops turn down. Their pricing on oil changes is really fair, and the quality of work is solid. Zach is hands down the best mechanic — super knowledgeable and always gets the job done right. He’s especially great at conquering the harder tasks on Audi that most mechanics don’t want to deal with. The rest of the staff, especially Jose and Dan, are also friendly and professional. Definitely recommend them!

My process started with a phone call to Jose who gave me an idea when best to bring my car in. Then dealt with Mike on the phone and at the front desk who told me they could have my tire put on within the hour and they DELIVERED!! Not to mention this was the morning of NEW YEARS EVE! The tech Daniel did great, efficient work in putting the tire on. From beginning to end it was a great experience! I appreciate all their work and highly recommend you go see them!

Amazing service will be definitely going again, customer service was amazing and just the workers themselves are amazing people. We were in and out and they knew we were in a rush to get to work and got the job done perfectly! Zach was an amazing help and did awesome. Super kind and was very helpful. I came here for a vehicle inspection, It was a very disappointing experience at this Penn Avenue location. The employees did not appear clean or wearing proper uniform. All the mechanics appeared dirty from head to toe, covered in grease and dirt, like completely covered. Yet thought it was acceptable to then sit in my vehicle which has a white interior to move my car. And sure enough my seat got dirty. No one seemed to recognize this as an issue until I brought it to their attention. Also the waiting area was filthy with dirt and grease hand prints all over. It honestly felt more like a mechanic break room than a customer waiting area. Sitting on the curb outside might have been cleaner than the waiting room. If you care about your car and expect a clean and carful experience DO NOT COME

Just moved to the area and already got a nail in my tire. Mavis did a great job patching it. They took me right in and patched it fast. No complains and no issues! Highly recommended.
